Yes, you will need access to gym equipment (at home or in an actual gym) to ensure you're equipped with the right tools to achieve your goals.

That’s likely because previous plans were unrealistic, not personalised to you or too restrictive. I'll work closely with you to develop a sustainable training and nutrition plan that's tailored exactly to your needs. You'll love it!

❓ARE THE PROGRAMS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Absolutely! I work with clients who range from a beginner to an advanced level. So, I will design your program based on where you're at, what you're comfortable with and what you need to get great results.

❓WILL I RECEIVE MEAL and snack options?

Of course. I provide you with lots of tasty options so you NEVER get bored - and we also work together to include the foods that you personally enjoy! The focus is on a flexible, sustainable approach to nutrition that gets you great results in the short term while being sustainable in the long term.

❓WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW AN EXERCISE—ARE THERE VIDEO TUTORIALS?

Yes! You’ll have a demo video performed by me for every single exercise on your plan. Then, whenever you need additional help with an exercise, you send me a video of yourself performing the exercise and I give you all the guidance and feedback you need.
